Skill Acquisition Bootcamp

ABOUT THE PROJECT
The Skill Acquisition Bootcamp Project is a 4-day hands-on training designed to equip young people (18–35) facing financial struggles with practical and soft skills to enhance their employability.
Participants will gain expertise in cake making, bag making, pie making, and baking, alongside essential workplace skills like CV building, financial literacy, and negotiation.
The first three days will feature in-person training (Enugu state, Lilongwe and Cameroon), while the final day will be a virtual session.
This initiative, in partnership with three other organizations, aims to empower participants with valuable skills for financial independence and career growth.
